Would-be Alexa skills developers have several training options prepared by Coding Dojo in collaboration with the Amazon Alexa team.

The Alexa skill building class is available as a module in the Python stack at Coding Dojo's 14-week onsite coding bootcamp.

Coding Dojo will hold more than 30 free workshops this year at its six campuses, from Seattle to Washington D.C., to help Amazon spread the word on how to write code for Alexa.

Amazon's Alexa assistant has 13,000 apps, but the retailers wants more. To that end, it's partnering with Coding Dojo on pop-up sessions.
