Embed PDF forms in HTML by invoking the tag to tell the HTML how to interpret the code. Insert this short code snippet into any HTML page by using a text editor or HTML authoring program.
Click the PDF link in the Upload Complete window to open the PDF in a window. Click the "File" tab on the PDF ribbon, and then select "Embed This PDF File" to open the window with the HTML code.
